The terms, plainly
Cancellation
Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified online. Cancellation requests are handled personally by The Royal Suits. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
House rules
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am. A government photo identity document is required from every adult guest at check-in.
Privacy
We collect only what a stay requires: your name, contact details, and — after your booking is confirmed — the identification the law requires us to record. We do not sell data, and we do not send marketing without your consent. Identity documents are stored privately, access is restricted and every access is logged. To ask what we hold or request deletion, write to us; records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes are the one exception.
Terms
A booking exists only once payment has been received and verified by The Royal Suits, and confirmed in writing. Rates quoted are for the dates, apartment and party size stated. The apartment is let whole; individual bedrooms are not sold separately unless expressly agreed. Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear.
